диффузионная сварка
Сварка давлением, осуществляемая за счет взаимной диффузии атомов в тонких поверхностных слоях контактирующих частей.
Примечание
Диффузионная сварка осуществляется при относительно длительном воздействии повышенной температуры и незначительной пластической деформации.

диффузионная сварка
Сварка давлением, при которой детали контактируют при установленном непрерывном давлении и нагреваются в области контакта или во всем объеме при установленной температуре в течение установленного времени.
Примечание - Это приводит к местной деформации и, следовательно, к плотному контакту поверхностей и диффузии атомов через них. Создается полная непрерывность материала. Сварка может осуществляться в вакууме, в среде защитного газа или в жидкости, преимущественно без присадочного металла (см. рисунок 31).

Диффузионная сварка.Метод сварки в твердом состоянии, при котором соединение прилегающих поверхностей осуществляется приложением давления при высокой температуре. Процесс не вызывает макроскопическую деформацию, сплавление или относительное движение деталей. Твердый присадочный металл (диффузионная добавка) может или не может быть помещен между прилегающими поверхностями. -
